FAQs
Are vaccines safe for my baby?
Yes – vaccines are rigorously tested and continuously monitored. Mild fever or soreness can occur but is short-lived and far safer than the diseases they prevent.
What if we miss a scheduled dose?
Don’t worry – a catch-up schedule lets us safely resume without starting over. Just bring your child in and we’ll realign the timeline.
Can my child be vaccinated when they have a mild cold?
Usually yes. A mild cough or cold without high fever is not a reason to delay – we’ll assess and advise at the visit.
Why is the HPV vaccine recommended for girls?
It protects against the virus that causes most cervical cancers, and works best given before adolescence – a simple step with lifelong benefit.
